My intellowasher was displaying OE which i think means there is a blockage in the pump. I took off the filter and found a 1p and a 2p in it. I cleaned it all out and put it back in and started up the machine. It worked for a minute and then started displaying OE again. I opened the filter again, but couldnt find anything else in there. Ive felt around the pipes with my fingers too. When there is water in it it wont drain away and it wont spin round. I got it to spin by taking out the filter and letting the water drain out the front into a bowl on the floor. But the spin isnt normal. Atreid Concept SA. Home » Games » Action » Nightmare Creatures. Is there a blockage I cant find? Can anyone help? Lucy October 2009 my machine is showing OE and not spinning at all now, the filter isnt blocked. So i think it must be the bushes, but i don't no where they are on the machine. We have unplugged it etc, taken the back off and dont no where they are. Please could you tell us where they are? Mrs Hughes June 2012 John Adam's answer works great, and all I will add is clarification as to what (I believe) he means: - firstly 'the pump' is quite a small object, and the best way to identify what the pump is is to line up on the inside of the machine with the filter which is accessible from the outside of the machine (bottom left, facing the front door of the machine). - secondly, once the three screws are removed, the pump slides out in the direction the screws came out (ie away from the front of the machine). The 'unclip' step is after removing the pump. - thirdly, this and other sites sort of suggest you are fixing 'the pump'. I doubt anyone actually fixes (though some may replace) the pump. What really happens is that you are 'fixing' the flow of water, both through the filter and in the various hoses. ![]() Do not try dismantling or shaking the pump:). - finally, you need to ensure that water can pass through the hose that is connected to the pump (ie water comes from the machine, through the filter, which you can see via the front of the machine, and gets pumped by the pump up the grey flexible waste water hose). So to aid this ensuring the flow of water, once the pump is removed, unclip (ring clip - something like pliers required) the grey hose from the pump housing, unclip the same hose from the wall of the machine about 50cm in (just a holding clip, comes out easily with finger pressure) and then flush/do whatever you do to that grey hose to ensure water can get through it. Ie put water in the end that usually is connected to the waste system, and have the other end (which you just detached) in a bucket. Once water is flowing freely, reconnect everything and it will hopefully work great. (I presume you can read/download your user manual and read how to get rid of the water in your machine, before you start any of the above - particularly before the step where you lay your machine on its side:) Thanks John Adam December 2010 I have one of these, taking the coins out of the filter was never enough, I have now learn, to tip the whole machine on it side, remove the screws on the front of the pump, where the filter is screwed in, unclip the pump from the clip below, and shake out the coins which have got stuck in the pump. This I have to do every 8mths or so, be careful no to loosen the hoses when you do this, it all goes back easily. OE always then goes away Other than this I like the waser a lot, it is very quite. John Adams June 2010 Wow you sure have problems, but thanks for the detailed description.most people don't usually bother. OE is a pump error, either a blockage in the filter or a hose, it could also be a defective pump. More worrying is the 'smell of burned rubber'.
